The Federation of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Alumni Associations (FHKPUAA) was officially established in January 1995 following the titular change of the Institution to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This institution-wide federation puts all the existing alumni associations of the University under one umbrella. The establishment of the Federation marks a significant step forward in the Institution alumni development.
Objectives

To enhance the relations and liaison amongst all alumni associations;

To promote and cater for the welfare and common interests of its members; associations; and

To assist in the development and to promote activities organized by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
The Federation's Board of Directors, which comprising representatives from different alumni associations, serves as the executive and supervisory body formulating strategies on the future development of the Federation.
The Federation Office is located at Room M1506a, 15/F, Li Ka Shing Tower of the The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Provided by the PolyU for alumni use, the premise has a net area of about 145sq. m. which consists of an office, a reception area and three alumni activities rooms. It provides graduates and members of alumni associations a convenient venue for gatherings and meetings.

The office hours of the Federation Office are from 9:00am -12:45pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm on Mondays and 9:00am -12:45pm and 2:00pm-5:45pm from Tuesday to Friday(with the exception of public holidays).
All member alumni associations (AAs) can apply for the use of the activity rooms for various activities (e.g. meetings and seminars)
