Association Members shall be Alumni Associations, which satisfy all the following criteria at all times:

(i) The establishment of such entity was formally endorsed by PolyU;

(ii) Such entity has been officially authorised by PolyU to use its title in the name of the entity and such authorisation has not been revoked;

(iii) Such entity has formally registered as a society or limited company in accordance with the application laws, rules and regulations in force in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions from time to time;

(iv) Not less than ninety percent (90%) of the members of such entity (excluding existing full-time or part-time undergraduate or postgraduate students of PolyU) shall be bona fide graduates (undergraduate or postgraduate) of PolyU at all times;

(v) There shall be no maximum limit on the number of student members within the entity; and

(vi) Such other criteria as the Board may determine from time to time.
