The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) presented its “Outstanding PolyU Alumni Award” to eight alumni on 19 May 2015 at Hotel ICON to pay tribute to their remarkable professional achievements and significant contributions to their alma mater and the community.

The awardees, in alphabetical order of English surnames, are:
Mr Erice Chan, Founder and President. ECCO Design, USA
Ir Chan Siu-hung,JP, Managing Director - China, CLP Holdings Limited
Ir Prof. Choy Kin-kuen, Director - Structural, Meinhardt (C&S) Limited
Ir Dr David Ho Chi-shing, JP, Group General Manager, Hong Kong Ferry (Holidings) Company Limited
Dr Edith Kwan Ngan-hing, MH, Fellow and Honorary Advisor, Hong Kong Computere Society
Dr Polly Lau Mo-yee, Cluster Manager (Physiotherapy), Kowloon Central Cluster and Department Manager of Phsiotherapy Department
Dr Johnny Ng Kit-chong, Founder and Chairman, Goldford Group
Mr Wan Feng, President, Centre Testing International Corporation

The Awards were presented by Dr Tung Chee-chen, SBS, JP, Honorary Chairman, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Court, Prof. Timothy W. Tong, PolyU President, and Ir Prof. Johnny Fan Siu-kay, President of the Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations.

More than 350 guests, comprising senior officials, the University's Court and Council members, past awardees of the Award, friends and supporters from industries, alumni and staff members attended the event.

First launched in 1996, the biennial "Outstanding PolyU Alumni Award" Selection was jointly organized by PolyU and FHKPUAA for the tenth time this year.
