  • Sports Facilities User Card
     [NEW]

    Sports Facilities User Card


    Cardholders can apply for the Alumni Sports Facilities User Card, which gives access to the sports facilities of PolyU Campus and Joint Sports Centre (Kowloon Tong). A nonrefundable fee of HK$400 provides access for 12 months (from 1 September to 31 August of the year). No pro-rata rate is offered.

    Application for 2022/23 Sports Facilities User Card will start from 1 August 2022. Click here to download the application form

    Sports Facilities User cardholders can take up to three guests at any one time when using the facilities. Guest tickets cost HK$20 each.

    Opening and booking details of the sport facilities are available at Student Affairs Office website. For enquiries or assistance, please call Sports Centre Counter at 2766 6778 or send email to sports.facility@polyu.edu.hk

     

    Please note: The Sports Facilities User Card only gives access to the sports facilities. Cardholder must present his/her PolyU Alumni eCard/ PolyU Visa Card/ FHKPUAA Card to register at the entrance for access to PolyU campus.
